Who do we serve?
We serve vulnerable children from the first grade until they graduate from high school, ensuring long-term support and guidance.
How are the children organized?
Each child is placed in a small group of up to 6 children. This structure promotes close relationships, teamwork, and collaboration, ensuring that no one feels left out.
How does the program work?
We provide the children with educational support, life skills training, and spiritual guidance, preparing them to lead productive, healthy, and godly lives. Click here to find out how it works.
What are the expectations on the children?
In order to join and stay in the program… Each child must adhere to the terms of the covenant which are designed for them to take ownership of their growth and development. The covenant includes spiritual, academic, conduct and service commitments. Click here to read the terms of the covenant.
How do we hold the children accountable?
What gets celebrated and rewarded gets replicated. To make it fun, we will incentivize the kids to win reward points for meeting covenant expectations like good grades, doing chores and going above and beyond. The points can be redeemed as “bucks” that they can use to “buy” things like school supplies, food, clothes, toys, etc. during our regular “bazaar”.
We will also institute a warning system wherein each school year they have up to 3 warnings and then they will go through a growth plan.

How can I support the program?
Prayer: Pray for the children to be protected as they work towards a productive, healthy and godly future. Pray for the leaders to work in unity and alignment with the leading of the Holy Spirit.
