1,000 Children in Launch Clubs by 2025
Our goal is to serve 1,000 children through Launch Clubs by the end of 2025.
The Key to Scaling: Finding Dorys
To grow, we focus on finding, training, and replicating leaders like Dory—the president of Launch Club Philippines. Dory began by befriending children on the streets in 2022 and starting Bible studies with them, eventually helping launch the first club. By seeking more "Dorys" who:
- Have a heart for vulnerable children.
- Embody leadership qualities that resonate with our mission.
- Can be equipped with the necessary systems, infrastructure, and funding.
3 Key Elements for Each Launch Club
We determine where to start new Launch Clubs by identifying communities where the following three factors overlap:
- Vulnerable Children: Communities with a high need.
- A Local "Dory": A leader with a passion for children in need.
- Church Partnership: A local church willing to partner with us, provide space, and be a home church to the children their families.
Leveraging 30+ Years of Ministry Experience
We will leverage the founding team's extensive background in church and ministry to drive expansion:
- Global Relationships: Using networks built over 30+ years with missions organizations worldwide.
- Leadership Development: Training and empowering leaders to take ownership of new Launch Clubs.
- Program Development: Refining and adapting our model for different communities and contexts.
- Donor Development: Growing partnerships and funding streams to support sustained growth.
