Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Kelvin is the founder and CEO of Launch Club International, where he channels his passion for creating sustainable, long-term solutions that empower vulnerable children to thrive in faith and life. With over 30 years of experience in church ministry, leadership consulting, donor development, systems engineering, broadcast, creative arts and communication, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to his ministry. Above all, he is a devoted husband to his best friend, Lucy, since 1997, and a proud father to their son, Luc, born 2002.
Lucy Co
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Lucy has a deep passion for helping children and women find and flourish in their identity in Jesus. With a diverse background including ministry, dance, business, retail, and interior design, she brings a wealth of experience to her ministry and leadership roles. Lucy has been married to Kelvin since 1997, and together they have a son, Luc, who was born in 2002.
Dory Dy
Co-Founder and Program Director (Philippines)
Dory has been dedicated to working with vulnerable street children since 2021, fueled by her passion for helping them come to know Jesus and rise from extreme poverty toward a thriving future. Proficient in multiple languages, she brings a wealth of experience in business, construction project management, and various industries from around the globe.
Glenn Capulong
Operations and Program Director (Philippines)
Glenn Capulong is an experienced leader, speaker, and ministry worker with a strong background in pastoral ministry, nonprofit administration, education, and community development. For over a decade, Glenn has been passionate about mentoring young people, developing leaders, and serving communities. He has spoken at various schools and organizations on topics such as leadership, values formation, career development, and youth empowerment, helping individuals grow in purpose, character, and faith.

Deanna Daniels
Treasurer
With over 30 years in Operations in the construction industry, Deanna brings expertise in project coordination, process improvement, and strategic leadership. In addition to a successful career in construction, she also provides data consulting for churches, helping faith-based organizations leverage data to enhance decision-making, stewardship, and community engagement.
Vance Martin
Secretary
Vance Martin brings over 15 years of vocational ministry experience, shaped by a lifetime in the home of a Children’s Pastor/Evangelist. He has served churches from 100 to 6,000 in size as a Youth and Children’s Pastor and Leadership School Director. Today, he serves as Vice President of NextGen for Slingshot Group. He loves helping leaders stretch beyond their current reality to embrace God’s best. Vance and his wife Andrea live in Orlando, FL, with their two daughters, Emma and Lilly.
